Community Living Program Activities Continue

During the last month, our Community Living Program saw lots of growth as we are beginning to increase the number of activities for this program. Activities Director Sarah Bailey and Social Services Director Mica Collins were able to take Resident Julia W. out to go visit with her sister in Lexington which is a real treat for them both. Additional resident outings this past month also included a dinner to Cracker Barrel and a luncheon to Koto’s. The luncheon to Koto’s was an extra special treat as the residents in attendance had never been to a Japanese Hibachi style restaurant. Residents were wowed by the amazing culinary skills of the chef who prepared their meals right in front of them on the open grill. We absolutely love creating awesome memories with our residents and look forward to planning more exciting experiences like these.
