Employee Highlight: Tiffany Sparks

Hello, my name is Tiffany Sparks. I became part of the Madison Health and Rehab family back in 2008, where I started as Medical Records. In October of 2023, I transitioned to the role of Admissions Coordinator, which is my current role. I was married to my high school sweetheart for 37 years before he passed away in 2021 due to covid. I have a son named Curtis, 2 wonderful grand-babies, and a little Yorkie named, Bo! The thing I love most about Madison is our loving residents. I love seeing them every day as they are my family.
