Adopt-a-Grandparent for Christmas

Each year, Madison Health and Rehab puts up our Adopt-a-Grandparent Christmas tree! All of the residents’ names are put on the tree with a little information about them and what they would like for Christmas. We encourage everyone to please sponsor a resident to make their season more joyful! Many nursing home residents do not have family members or visitors and can often times be forgotten during this special time of the year. We strive to put together an exciting Christmas for the residents that call Madison their home and to ensure that each resident receives gifts of equal value, we ask that a minimum of $25 be spent on your selected resident. Madison Health and Rehab, thanks you in advance for your continued generosity each year to make sure all our residents receive a gift for Christmas! We ask that all gifts that are purchased for our residents, be at the facility by Friday, December 14th.
