Community Living Program
At Madison Health and Rehab, we take great pride in the community in which we live.
We know the many great attractions to see and all of the fun activities to participate in. Whether you are here visiting through our short-term rehab program or staying with us long-term, we want you out and being active in our community!
We participate in a variety of excursions each month and are always up for new ideas. Some of our day trips have included:

- Concerts at Renfro Valley
- Local sporting events
- Community church services
