A Heartfelt Thank You from Rebecca C.

To Whom It May Concern,

During my stay at Madison Health & Rehabilitation, I received excellent care throughout the facility. My main goal was to attend physical therapy. It was challenging at first, but with the guidance of the staff and the plans they created for me, I made more progress than I could have imagined. I worked hard and stayed consistent with all workouts, even in my room, and I can truly say it paid off.

All other staff were very helpful as well, from cleaning and food service to maintenance. Everyone excelled in providing the support needed.

I also had the pleasure of working with Ms. Beverly in Social Services, who was a great help in taking care of my needs. Ms. Tiffany in Admissions answered every question I had and was truly amazing.

With God willing, I hope I will not need to return. However, if I ever needed care on a permanent basis, I would hope for it to be as excellent as the care I received here. I sincerely thank everyone for their assistance during my stay.
