Letter from Dietary

Madison Health and Rehab would like to welcome our new Dietary Manager: Donna Thompson. Donna is originally from Goldsboro, NC but has lived in Irvine, KY for the last 28 years. She was the dietary manager at Stanton Nursing and Rehab prior to her transition to Madison. Donna has 2 kids: a 12 year old boy who plays baseball for Estill Co Middle school and a 9 year old daughter who is active in the local girl scout troop and loves to garden. In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with family, traveling to her son’s baseball games and gardening with her daughter.
