Adopt-a-Grandparent for Christmas!

Each year Madison Health and Rehab puts up our Adopt-a-Grandparent Christmas tree. All of the residents’ names are put on the tree with a little information about them and what they would like for Christmas. We encourage the community to please come out and pull a name from the tree to sponsor a resident for Christmas. Many nursing home residents do not have family members or visitors and can often times be forgotten during this special time of year. We strive to put together an exciting Christmas for the residents that call Madison their home and to ensure that each resident receives gifts of equal value we ask that a minimum of $25 be spent on your selected resident. Madison Health and Rehab thanks you in advanced for your continued generosity each year to make sure all our residents receive a gift for Christmas. Please turn all gifts in to Activities Director Sarah Bailey or Admissions Coordinator Jennifer Reeves no later than Dec. 18th.
