Letter from the ETD Office:

Hello Everyone! My name is Erin Johnson and I am the new Educational Training Director at Madison Health and Rehab. First, I would like to thank everyone from Madison for the opportunity to join a remarkable team and work family. For the past 9 years, I have worked in an acute care hospital as a CNA, Unit Secretary and RN. I am very excited for this new experience in long term care. Everyone has been so warm and welcoming and the residents and staff have made me feel right at home. In addition to my work here at Madison, I am also a full time wife and mother of 3 wonderful boys! My life is definitely full and busy! I look forward to spending many years at this great facility.
