Meet Our New Team Members

We’ve recently added three new talented professionals to our team.

Dr. Hanan Budeiri, MD was named the Medical Director for Madison Health and Rehabilitation on November 1, 2019. She has been the Chief Medical Director for Hospice Care Plus and the Compassionate Care Center for 11 years. Dr. Budeiri is also the Medical Director of Palliative Care at Baptist Health Richmond. She has been a practicing physician for 29 years and is passionate about geriatrics, wound care, hospice, and palliative care. We are excited to see the great things that Dr. Budeiri will do for our residents with her dedication to service!

 Lauren Puckett, PAC joined the team at Madison Health and Rehabilitation as our rounding Physician Assistant and will be available to see and provide care to residents daily. Lauren is in her second year working for Baptist Health Medical Group and will work to resolve any issues in-house in order to keep our residents home. She accepted the position in mid-October and has been working hard every day since then to have a positive impact on the health of our residents.

Tracey Cain, RRT joined our team in October as our in-house Respiratory Therapist. She has been practicing in the field of respiratory for 35 years. She previously worked in outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation and has hospital management experience. Tracey is very skilled in respiratory modalities and tracheostomy care. She has proven to be a huge asset to our residents with pulmonary needs as she is there providing care right when they need it!
